Wine Note

Golden straw in colour with brilliant clarity and a fine persistent bead. This wine displays a complex bouquet of ripe citrus fruit, brioche and honey with an underlying nuttiness from the time on lees. 
This wine has a creamy, textured palate; it has an elegant acidity and a long lingering flavour.

Disgorging

The wine was tirage bottled in October 2007 and was disgorged in November 2009.

Cellaring

This wine is ready to consume on release. However, the wine will continue to age and develop for 3-5 years.
